Unreal. Clinic calls me to schedule an appointment. The day I arrive, there are no doctors present, and the person at the desk says that they mailed a letter out 10 days prior because they "didn't have my phone number". I pointed out that this was demonstrably untrue, as the original appointment was scheduled by phone. Nothing. Additionally, despite calling numerous times the morning of the appointment, they don't answer the phone before 9 (my appointment was at 8:15). Lots of opportunity for them to not waste my time.

Dr. Morris is amazing. He tried twice like he said he would to get at my kidney stone. I have nothing but praise for him.
