Great health place great Dr's there if you can't go to Er at hospital this is the place

Almost everything under one roof. Family doctor, specialist and Ultrasound. Plenty of parking with some services that provide parking inside the gate.

Staff are unprofessional. There is a lawsuit for fraud operantly. GHC has a poor reputation its sad the staff are so rude and unprofessional because we need Doctors in this city.

Clean, didn't like having to walk between people to get to the exit as they were trying to share their personal info with clerical. Oddly placed clerical station at the top of the stairs.

I give one star on rating trying to call in to this place. It's brutal and takes forever just to get someone on the phone. Other than that the place is great.

Very sweet and helpful with my Mom. Parking arrangements suck.

Everytime I come here I sit at wait for almost 2 hours what's the point of making an appointment if they can't keep it.

Very disappointed with the receptionists here. I can't get a doctor after being on the list for 6 years. Was told it's due to a shortage of doctors and your wait is pointless because people have waited way longer.... like hello do you not see a problem here?? But wait it gets way better. I get told if I don't leave and stop taking out my fusterations on her which I was being very polite asking how to make this very slow process any faster. She was calling security. I don't know if these very rude women are on power trips or if they really truly don't care about anyone but themselves. I was told I need to go waste the emergency rooms time at sault area hospital to renew a very basic and simple perscription. Shame on all of you. Just wait until you or a family member or your own child need health care and the shoe is on the other foot. I will not feel even the slightest bit of sympathy. Very disappointed. Pay more then the average person on taxs and can't even get the most simple medical care I deserve. FIX THIS NOW!
