Gritman Medical Center: Potlatch Family Care

Cynthia Anderson at the Troy Clinic is absolutely the best physician I have ever had. She is caring, compassionate, and listens without judgement. The troy staff is wonderful as well.

Very thankful that we have this in such a small, rural town. Nice facility, super friendly staff and hugely convenient if you don't want to drive to Moscow. If they can't do it at the Clinic, they do not hesitate to refer you to who can. Very nice to not sit in a huge waiting room full of sick people and to not feel like you are being herded in and out. Thank you Gritman and Potlatch Family Care for making our health easier to address by keeping a location in this town.

Cardiologist faxed fasting blood draw orders on Friday for a Monday morning fasting blood draw. When arrived on Monday was told they are to busy to do a 2 min. Draw and I would have to come back in the afternoon.....fasting by the way....are you kidding me. Was willing to sit and be worked In between patients but they said no. Way to serve your local community!!

So glad to have a great medical facility so close to home. They always have a way to squeeze you into their schedule and they treat you like family.
