Alpine Vision Center

I’m not sure optometry appointments are supposed to be this fun, but this place is the best. Everyone is extremely helpful and very friendly. After having such a great appointment for myself, I made appointments for my 8 and 4 year old kids. They loved their visits. Dr. Polito was great about explaining things honestly and in a way that really made sense. The staff were great about explaining what works with our insurance before the appointments so there was no surprise bill later and worked to find the most affordable options.

I enjoyed my visit here so much!! First of all I was able to get an appointment within a week which is wonderful. The reception staff was so happy and cheerful when I arrived, I felt like I had been a patient all along. Dr Polito was fantastic, great personality! and so incredibly helpful and honest. The gal (ready to have a baby at anytime) that helped me with my glasses selection was so patient with all my indecision. She offered very informative suggestions, even went out of her way to find frames for me to try on. She was awesome I would suggest if you are looking for quality, friendly care then Alpine Vision is the place to go!!!

Julie has been my family and I's eye doctor for many years now. She is a wonderful, down to earth eye doctor. She strives for perfection when finding the correct solution for your situation. The office staff is very kind and easy going. Tracy helped my through my annual paperwork and check-in process with enthusiasm and wonderful attitude. She deserves a cupcake with filling. :) I would highly recommend the Moscow Alpine Vision to anyone!

So pleased with the experience at Alpine! While it might be cheaper to go to a discount or member-club store, you probably won't get the same level of customer service. I was struggling with my previous pair of progressives from another store and the Alpine optician, Heidi, really took a significant time to listen to my needs and helped me find a great pair of glasses and the measurements that fit me. I didn't feel rushed to make a quick decision that I would regret later. The glasses have been terrific! All three doctors are great too and our family of six enjoyed our time there for checkups. Thank you Alpine and Heidi for a great experience!

Dr. Polito is fantastic. She and her staff were very thorough, explained everything as they went through the process, and answered all my questions. I was very well cared for. Highly recommend.
