Greyhound, Revelstoke Bus Depot

Have had nothing but problems with Greyhound and this Revelstoke location specifically for the past 2 years. Lost packages, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced every time I go there in person or call. Seems to always be different people working behind the counter, no continuity or experience and offer nothing to help. I will do everything I can to never use them for business or for personal use.

Bought a ticket for a bus around 8 hours in advance. Turns out the bus didn't exist, was meant to be consolidated into the next bus 8 hours later. No one told me - the website didn't list this it still said my initial bus existed, Revelstoke Greyhound thought the same, and even the main customer service line thought the same. Only Kamloops Greyhound after waiting an hour for their phone lines to open in a desperate call for information knew my bus got canceled. Back to the hotel for 4 hours. The whole system is a shoddy mess.

Just a stop and go for the bus ride but looked nice.
