Space is very limited for waiting passengers. No notification system. Boarding is a ridiculous mess, compared to the Calgary terminal. No public transit connection to the city (greyhound has their own shuttle bus from and to kingsway but on low frequency though). Good things: washroom, microwave. Edit: deduct 1 star as today my bus is late for more than 1 hour (scheduled 1am to Calgary) and no announcement, no estimated time. Staff doesn't know either. This sucks.

Glad that there are security guards on at night. I wish that they informed you ahead if time that tour carry on luggage would be gone through and checked as you go through the line. I would have packed differently so that it was easier to go through for the guard.

This place absolutely sucked. I had a 6 hour layover/transfer all night so I figured that it being a busy city terminal that it would be open all night and I could just sleep on a bench there. Not only was there no place to lock luggage, the security guard there told me after the last bus leaves, that they close it down for the night. With security inside. So I took a cab a stayed at Tim Horton's with mu luggage. Then I arrived 1 hour early for my bus as per Greyhound's recommendations, and It wasn't open yet. The one security guard let an attractive young woman in, and wouldn't let me in. It was -20 outside, I waited for about 40 minutes. Also, when I got there I looked in and there were people sleeping on the benches. They must have been special as well.

If i could give them a minus star i would. Greyhound is has the most B***S*** customer service i have ever experienced of my entire life. They keep sending you in the wrong direction to avoid dealing with the fact that they are abseloutely enable to track luggage. Train travel is not much more expensive and you wouldnt have to deal with greyhound. They dont have any pride in their own company.

I left a Nintendo Switch on my bus back home to Edmonton. The 3 Greyhound employees I talked with went above and beyond to hunt it down for me. Each showed genuine concern on locating the Switch. Going through buses, checking with other staff, and calling other bus Depos. They were prompt with calling me back and keeping me updated. I was very impressed and did get my Switch back (also a thank you to the kind person who turned it in) I've always had a good experience at this depo so it's a 5 star from me.
