Greyhound Grande Prairie

The facility and the washrooms are kind’ve gross and unappealing. The staff is inconsistent.. And they should really implement some sort of baggage security because anyone can just grab yours and get away with it. Just know that every time you use this service, you’re risking a baggage-full of belongings from being stolen. However, I had a decent bus ride.. Many who ride this bus can be and look quite sketchy. I never rode a single time without feeling uncomfortable.

This station is great with 3 garage and passenger or guest lockers but had been around a long time its age is showing but kept very clean and usually main front passenger doors locked. Access parcel delivery threw side door. Is also accross the street for city transit and Prairie Mall access with Real Canadian Superstore in back is a great arrival location for your stay.

Excellent, friendly, personable team! They have always been helpful, courteous and fantastic to deal with! For my special event / time sensitive shipments they have gone above & beyond, all with a smile on their face! Thank you Team Greyhound Grande Prairie Metobe.

Very good staff at Grande Prairie branch. We had $5000 in medicine come in by bus. Roads were so bad we couldn't get in to get it. Staff put it in their fridge until we come in to get it. Thank You Grande Prairie staff.

Greyhound has lost alll pride in their company.Most of the staff are rude and unhelpful and when i spoke up about the things they had done wrong they threaten me with not letting me on the bus.I hate giving a poor rating ive never wrote one before but things have gotten so bad that i had to post this warning for others. PS.if youcan fly to your destination do it .you will have a better experience.

Well atleast this guy kept responsabuility for my bags on my lay over but he might have had a plan to do so. I think mynpain pills became tick tacks when the fairy touched them.

Good staff held onto my luggage for a few hours for free but why wernt the lockers working. I guess thats why they up held there part of buisness ethics.

Grey hound has the worst website ever you cant get on the website any where to change a ticket to a different time, and it doesn't give a person the proper scheduling for your destination, and it gives you a phone number that is completely useless, you can't talk to anyone it just takes you in useless circles it's not any specific bus depot its greyhound in general.

Buddy just locked me out with my bags in the bus stop i knocked on the door and he very very arrogantly walked away after seeing me. I had a taxi waiting to take me to work and had to make him leave now im stuck waiting a couple hours for the place to open again.

Fifteen minute wait when leaving. Normally wouldn't mind that's great, really! but was annoyed because my ice cream melted. You guys are great!
