Thank you for your outstanding service. I forgot my sunglasses and hat in the last bus of the day. When I inquired about it the next day the driver let me know that I'd be able to pick it up at the office after the weekend, however I was due to leave town the next day, Sunday. He then went out of his way to locate my glasses after his shift had ended and arranged for it to be picked up at the stop closest to me. That is caring!

Traveling on the Trans Canada from Canmore to a construction site in between Canmore and Banff i was turning into an approach in the median. I signaled for about 800 yards before the turn. Here comes a Roam Transit Bus (route 3) driven by an individual with a powerful mustache flipping the bird at me on his way by. Doesnt give one much confidence in the service and individuals within that organization.

Avoid on weekends. It's not the traffic, nor visitors; rather the unexplained dropping and delay in the scheduling that will frustrate you. Fifth time that I have had to wait over 1 1/2 hours to get home after work.

Living in Banff we used the transit. It worked fine for us. Schedule was good.
