The bus drivers need to let people know where you are when you are arriving into a town or city. I fell asleep woke up and asked another passenger where we weremhe said he didn't know because the bus driver never said anything. Then late getting into Calgary missed bus going to Red Deer, thank god we got on bus with passengers going to Edmonton. Then i couldn't get a hold of my son who was picking me up in Red Deer saying we are running late, cause no Wifi n bus!! Ugh luckily i got a hold f him when i got to Red Deer terminal. Pus i was getting kicked out of the terminal because they were closing soni waited outside for my son♥ i love taking the bus but it gets kinda hairy! !

Clean. friendly staff. Send packages etc. Great way to travel. Read, relax and let the professionals transport you to where you need to go!😎

Hard to get to. Not accssable by local bus. Only vending machines. No restaurant. Staff is good.

The "ladys" working in their offices/bus stations are really rude and unprofessional, while The drivers are very nice and respectful The busses are not new, but ok if you're not traveling too often. There is WiFi in the busses, but it works really bad
