I always have a great experience here. Lots of fresh variety and for those who have dietary restrictions. Shout out to the cashier by the name Michelle I believe took the time to refund me $ because she forgot to ask me for my save on card! the store was busy with their 15% off and $1.50 strawberry sale. Also, the store manager talked to me about the store events today

This morning while shopping for specific recipe items I was reminded exactly why SoF is the best place for groceries. While I hesitated on an ingredient, Parker came out from behind the meat counter and gave me excellent suggestions! Great job. Can't say enough good things about the management and staff at this location. Always friendly, professional, helpful and kind. I had a query regarding a price check on an item. Long story short, the amazing store manager, Ernie, thanked me for allowing him and his team to correct the misunderstanding truly it was no one's error. It's easy to see they are all a team there and offer great service, products and prices. Happy to call myself a loyal customer.

Last few times I've come to shop here the produce has been very slim picking as well as moldy or rotten. I tried to get some broccoli and romaine and both times I didn't get any because what was left was poor quality

Dear Saveon! Although you have the most amazing staff, your produce is deplorable! I’m am so fed up with throwing out 50% because of mold! Once again, I had to throw out at least 30% of it due to spoilage just purchased on Saturday. Come on Saveon! You can do better!
