The managers have severe attitude issues. When asked valid questions about things expiring the next day, was met with inflated ego. Then my daughter went in asking a produce question and was made to feel stupid. Do better, save on. Management should never act this way to their customers. Even your staff was left shaking their heads. You definitely get better service at Safeway an Co-Op. We will be contacting corporate, and not shopping there again until things get better. Obviously management hasn’t been trained properly. Wish I could give zero stars.

I would like to mention that the Graze box is great and should continue to be sold outside of the festive season.nnI love shopping on the weekends to go with a good wine and I love the convenience of having it ready .nnI would also like to leave a tip, this toast that comes in this box is delicious, but as it has contact with moist cheeses, it ends up absorbing this moisture. It would be interesting to put in a plastic bag.

Always parking available, access is maintained and welcoming. The store is neat and well laid out. Special mention the deli section had a great selection and prices were reasonable, definitely good for lunch on the go. I got great service from a male cashier I never did get his name signed me up for the more rewards program and saved me some money in about 30 seconds! Have been back twice this week.

As someone who does not live in Cochrane and who was planning a family reunion there, I preordered a number of items to pick up each day to feed those gathered. There were 20 of us. Morgan made a HUGE impression on me and was so helpful and fantastic. Her sense of humour, her rapport with her colleagues and her personal touches went such a long way. She is a natural leader and was incredibly fun to deal with. Thank you Morgan!

I ordered a birthday cake last minute and the bake staff had it ready in a few hours and made it so cute and colourful! Everyone loved it and the birthday girl and boy were so thrilled! Thank you for the excellent cake!
