I'm not sure what the deal is with this so called receptionist, but I've only ever had good experiences with everyone here. Everyone is incredibly kind and caring. I started coming here for my prenatal visits and I'm really glad I made the decision to switch over. Dr. Munikar is very thorough and attentive!
I'm also very confused by the supposedly rude receptionists - I've only had positive experiences when they call me. Also, someone left a comment that they don't answer their phones from 12-1pm. That's very common at most workplaces - It's their lunch, they deserve a break.
I would give 4 stars for the doctor but the front desk receptionist was so rude! She doesn’t know how to greet or talk to the patient POLITELY. Seems like it Doesn’t matter how well you talk to her, in return she replies with arrogance and some attitude. Apparently Clinic management really seems don’t care about this ongoing issue.
Doctor saw me promptly and immediately knew the problem. Highly trustworthy and knowledgeable. Receptionist was friendly too. I will be back in the future, although hopefully not too soon.

Still the best clinic!. The doctors are exemplary, the staff helpful, and I have never had anything but success with requests for appointments. My husband found the clinic when it first opened. I am thankful. Blessings to the entire staff.
Excellent staff, knowledgeable and helpful. I get terrific care here both as a regular patient and as a walk-in. Dr Wasef always takes time to listen to my concerns and is very thorough. Dr Kaushal is also very thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
