Thank you to the hard-working staff, you are the best. Vaccines are quick, doctors are professional. I had some health issues that needed a lot of appointments and the reception team there were always able to accommodate me, even if it was through walk-in or phone appointments. I’m grateful to my family doctor here close to work and not far from home. I appreciate the quick referrals too.

I work downtown and passed this doctors’ office lots as I pick up food from the food court upstairs great patio in the summer as well. Last week I was in a ton of pain and figured I would find out if they could see me. I was super impressed with how fast and easy getting into this clinic was. The staff were super kind, and I really appreciate the quick service. I only had a short wait time before the doctor saw me and he really helped me out. I don’t usually write reviews, but I really appreciated the convenience of this clinic. I’ll for sure use this walk-in clinic in the future.

Went in as a trans male to have my testosterone injection, bringing my own bottle with my prescription on it. The receptionists were lovely but once the doctor came in he refused to give the injection on the grounds of "we can't give you an injection if you aren't in the system" after having asked why I take testosterone and answering him that I am transitioning. Very clearly he did not want to give me the injection of my medication because I am a trans man. My partner was there as well, who he was staring/glaring at them when they said "thanks for no help then" as we left. The receptionist who checked me in looked very cofused as we left. If you are a trans person looking for help please do not go here.

Been seeing Dr. Sutherland for years downtown and couldn't be happier with the new location he has chosen. I live outside the city and its hard for me to drive in so I have to call the clinic a lot. The front staff are always really helpful and friendly.

Not a place to go if you are not ready to spend the whole day waiting to see a doctor. I spent 4 hours without seeing one! The staff does not know who has appointment and who doesn’t, it gets to your turn and someone shows up and you keep waiting. Terrible reception

The location is convenient for me and Dr. Eze is a friendly and competent physician, but the competence and professionalism of the administrative end leaves a lot of be desired. I always book an appointment, but always have to wait at least 45-60 past my booked time as others who came in after me get seen. I really don't want to move to another clinic, but appointment management is a serious proble m in this clinic. And when I am here, I hear nothing but the front end staff complaining about patients out loud so the whole waiting room can hear. I understand letting off steam when the work day is stressful but this is beyond the pale. Edit: I am never stepping foot in this clinic again. After my physician left, I was given instructions to get bloodwork and make an appointment for mid-October to meet the new physician. Then I find out today that a doctor won't be available until January even though the new physician 's name is on my lab paperwork. No phone calls, no communication from the clinic that I may need to make alternate arrangements. I get monthly treatments that I've had to postpone because of this. Now I'm scrambling to find a new doctor who can accomodate me ASAP. Without a doubt, this is the most unprofessional medical clinic I've ever witnessed. Absolute shambles.

I’ve been coming to this walk in for over 4 years. I started coming here because my cardiologist worked here but I started using it for my walk in as well. My usual GP in another clinic is always booked up months ahead and it’s impossible to see him. Getting is to see the walk in doc at this clinic has been super fast and easy and the receptionist have always been treated with respect. 5 stars for you guys!

There's very bad reviews on here and it's pretty obvious which ones are friends, etc that fabricate some positive reviews to balance out the ratings. It's not working..., Eaton Place Medical Center is known across the city for having the most incompetent, unprofessional, rude receptionists. Years ago before the new management took over it was a pleasure to attend. The staff was completely competent compared to this Management and staff of the last 2-3 years. The girl I got today on the phone was unspeakably rude and hung up on me. How is this allowed? This Management posts insincere, ridiculous apologies but fails to make any changes to this Clinic. He/she/they obviously don't have a high work ethic or integrity if they allow their staff to treat patients so shabily. Several patients posted their opinion of a receptionist, Destiny for being incompetant, rude and an all around nasty person and Management defends her instead of replacing her with someone competent. Management deserve what they get when Dr. Osagie and Dr. Koko's patients all leave this clinic in June for their own practice. This means half of the patients will be leaving as well. I am one of them. Looks good on this place. Plenty of other walk-in clinics downtown to visit.

Reception staff over the phone were very helpful to me recently, helping me which vaccines were available at the clinic and I was booked in quickly and had a good quick experience at my appointment too. I forgot the doctors name but he was really nice too. I will go back next year!

Very competent doctors Eze and Osagie. Im very sad to be losing Dr Eze who has been my family doctor since he arrived at the clinic. As with any part of MB health care, there are ways to work around the challenges. Wait lists and surgical backlogs arent the fault of the clinic. Treating everyone with respect helps at this busy place. Kudos to Ms Destiny who has been exceptionally kind and accommodating to this weary senior.
