I contacted Green Tech and spoke to Stefan regarding a X330 lawn tractor. He was very helpful and took the time to provide the appropriate details in order to make a decision to purchase. The next day met Stefan and I decided to purchase the tractor. I found Stefan to be very knowledgeable and professional. I cannot say enough about the Sales Department in Carp, especially with Troy Drew. I've worked with Troy for over 3 years and he has continually impressed me with his knowledge of the farming industry, impeccable understanding of Large Agricultural machinery available with John Deere, and his commitment to my farm's success. He is reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn't buy Deere if it wasn't for him. It is a real pleasure and honour when he visits my farm. Thank you, Troy.

Sean in parts went above and beyond to help me find a discontinued item by locating it at a different dealership. Amazing customer service. He is my "go to" guy from any dealership. I will always check with this dealership first because of him.

DO NOT BUY STIHL products!!! Baught a trimmer from here cost me almost $300 and stopped working after a week. Has a 3 day return policy!Have brought it to many different places trying to get it fixed under warranty, each time was charged for labour cause they couldn't figure out what was wrong ,cost me about $60 each time. When higher up and Stihl does not replace items if they don't work they only try to fix and charge you for it. I will never buy a STIHL again and hopefully I can save someone from waisting thier money on a cheap product and a big headache. Stihl doesn't let you post negative reviews on thier site so don't be fooled by the high rating.
