Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with my order. I ordered a bouquet (first picture) for my mother's birthday through Teleflora. Wanting to get a large bouquet, I picked the premium option (and of course, paid the higher price for it). However, what I got was more comparable to a standard bouquet (second picture). On it's own, it would be a nice standard bouquet of flowers, but considering that I paid for a much more extravagant one, I was flat out disappointed, sad, and frustrated. Given the chance, I would not choose this florist again or recommend them to others as I feel like I got scammed. Since receiving the order, I have contacted Teleflora customer service where they refunded me for the order. Please be aware and cautious.

I got a floral arrangement for my Mother-in-law and she was delighted with the beautiful basket and that some of the flowers lasted over 2 weeks! Excellent customer service. Thanks Lillian!

Great service and selection. I called in and asked if they have long stem roses, the answer was - yes. Came over, great selection. the bouquet was arranged quickly and with a smile. Thank you!

Ordered an arrangement and came to pick it up, very very disappointed in this shop. Picture looks NOTHING like on the website photos. Flowers turning yellow and almost dying too. Over priced bouquets that can be bought in Food Basics for $5. If I could give 0 stars I would.
