I had to place a panic last minute order at 4pm on a Monday for delivery to a funeral home by 11am the following day.  No other flower company was able to fulfill my needs.  Sam was truly fantastic - very patient and understanding with me.  Not only were the flowers delivered as needed they were gorgeous.

First time giving a bad comment，but I have to. So tarrible place，shop assistant is racist. Worst shopping experience in Canada. Do not go this place forever.

Ordered flowers yesterday for today Mother's Day. I couldn't buy it myself because I live in Vancouver that's why I rely on flower delivery florist and pictures on the internet. Saw this place which is close to the place I wanna deliver to and also got some high rating but after seeing the photo sent by my "mother in law", I was totally disappointed. It looks nothing like the photo on the website, I spent extra to get more flowers and all I got was extra leaves. Flowers don't look fresh as well, for the price I paid it was unacceptable. Not recommended, better get someone buy it for you than ordering online and get it delivered

Last week the flowers I ordered from MGM for a viewing were delivered late even though I ordered in advance and specifically made a note for the flowers to be delivered before 5 pm. The funeral home is a 6 minute drive from flowers by MGM and I actually had to pay for shipping. There is absolutely no excuse for the flowers to arrive late. I called to discuss the matter and was told I would be given a call back from the owner, but I was not called back. I am so disappointed and upset that this happened.
