Met Sylvia. Amazing woman. 

She told me the history of the store and all of the charities she supports. 

I Ended up getting 3 very special rose bouqets delivered. She even agreed to help me stagger the deliveries to be about 30 minutes apart although they were all to the same person at the same location. She did this simply because it is what I felt would be the most meaningful for the recipient. Don't think many other flower shops would be willing to do this.

Saying sorry is never easy but the service received here definitely lifted my spirits.

Wow! I am humbled by the attention to detail and amazing customer service. This flower shop is beyond expectation and leaves me in awe after each visit! True professionals and they always put their customers first. Thank you for your years of excellent workmanship.

Dropped in for a bouquet. Was shown a bunch of two dozen roses, and we decided to take a second bouquet of tulips as well. Arrangement with some Baby's Breath and complimentary corsage was $250.

The rose bouquet we picked up appeared different from the one we were shown: almost every flower had some damage or wilting evident on the petals, and the arrangement was very plain, with inadequate wrapping for transport – we resorted to carrying the rose bouquet in hand because there was no overwrap and the bag around the stems would leak if it was on an angle. We've seen better-prepared bouquets at Whole Foods.

Tulip bouquet was better and closer to what we would have expected, but for three dozen flowers with barely any embellishment or ornamentation, and with visible damage in the final product, $250 is far too much to ask.

Owner gave an enthusiastic account of the business and her own personal history, and I admire her contributions to charity, but was also quite pushy (about which flowers she thought we should buy, but especially about Google Reviews).

I can't recommend her flowers to anyone.

I was in need of flowers to be delivered before a certain time and called on a long weekend Sunday. Sylvia is the absolute sweetest over the phone - the process was easy and the flowers were delivered on time. Not to mention how stunning they look. Beautiful flowers and great service -
 my official choice of flower shop in the Richmond Hill area.
