Our experience today left a Lasting Horrible memory of poor Customer Service.

Drove from out of town to try on some dresses. No mention of appointment req'd to try on dresses on website.

Needed to book appointment to Try on dresses even though the store was empty.

We left.... Lost sale,  terrible customer service.

Amazing seamstress (amazing might not be a good enough indicator). Teresa can work miracles. Saved my butt when I bought a wedding dress that was too large. Dress fit exactly how I wanted it too (Teresa made sure there would be no awkward readjusting needed)! Reasonable prices, great services and advice. Easy parking.

She was very helpful with my wife buying a bridesmaid dress. Great little store, and pretty. It was a Victorian home, and has been renovated into a neat little store.
