Always helpful and go out of their way to make sure things are explained clearly in non-banking lingo so the everyday user can understand.

I love Great Western Bank! But this branch in particular is not one I would ever recommend for setting up an account or inquiring on anything. I came in asking about savings account options for my son because we have 3 checking accounts and I wanted something that would benefit him more with interest built and etc. She didn't ask any questions... she didn't answer any questions... she setup a savings account that is EXACTLY like the three checking accounts I already had setup, said thank you and sent us on our way. There have been multiple issues we've had at this branch as far as their lack of customer service. They are uninformative and rude! A lot of people think of West'O as snobby and I've never really seemed to have that issue living there... but this branch definitely fits that profile!

This staff at this location are very freiendly. I transferred my accounts from the terrible Bank of the West, and have loved the atmosphere and people. They go out of their way to make sure that our account is working good and that we are satisfied.
