Best bank in all of Omaha! I love going in here and always being greeted with a smiling face and they are always eager to help me out. I was helped by Beth today and she was an absolute gem.

Denny helped my fiance and I get the perfect home loan for the home of our dreams. He made the process easy and stress free. I have been through the home loan process 5 times and this is the easiest by far. Best bank in the world! Thanks for the help!

Been banking at this building and through all their changes since I was 17. At 29 I now realize I need a bigger bank. A bank that allows me to access my paycheck before 8 am on a Friday. Absolutely blows my mind that I can't drive through the ATM at 7:15 on a Friday and withdrawal money from my paycheck that has been deposited because so and so doesn't do whatever until whatever time. Screw that mess. I never got my new chip card. I go online and chat with a rep. and she said she ordered a new one. Two weeks later, still no card. Here I am....8/26/16 and I had to order ANOTHER card because the rep. I spoke with never actually put in the order. I am totally over this place.

Best bank in Nebraska hands down! Tom, all 3 Bob's, Jim n Mandy go out of their way to help you and give a positive experience! They have everything that the "big banks" have.

Super banking experience for seniors. Love the free movie day they sponsor each month. 5points even throws in popcorn and soda for you and guests.
