I don't bank here but I come here once a month to deposit money into my landlords account. For the last 6 months now it has been the same weird customer service. Not bad service because what I came for gets done. But the lack of communication from the tellers is astonishing. When I use the drive thru- I get to the teller and nothing is said. No "hello" or "how may I help you?". Just dead air. Finally I just put the money through the tube and hit send. Even after that...nothing. One time I got a, "Hi" and that was after a good 5 minutes of silence. One other time the teller never said a single word. We did the entire transaction in silence. I was amazed. I tried going inside to see if it's any better and the environment was just the same. Overall, the customer service is what I wanted to comment on. Just a lack of positive interactions and communication.

Used to be great, especially for customer service. Now, they are increasingly difficult to communicate with. Simple questions are treated as a hassle. They also are not listed on the finance app Mint, which is a minor annoyance, but kind of a pain.
