Generally speaking this is a great location, with great smiling faces and helpful staff, and a great product. The problem I have with this location is how the prices for day-old bread has been increased so much over the last couple of months. $5 a loaf for day old bread seems silly. Maybe that was just on the last few days of 2022, or maybe that's an indication of what's to come for the new year as well. It's too bad.
Ppl are very friendly and food is awesome. My dog loves the dog biscuits and they are good for him. Thats a plus. Me and my work partner cant wait to eat there. We are there every week.I told my granddaughter and her boyfriend about it and it is now their favorite place. The cinnamon rolls are sooooo good.
Let me start by saying- I LOVE great harvest bread company! I moved out of state and it’s still a must to stop by. However today while home when I visited, I was not really pleased with my visit. I was the only customer in at the time, and the woman running the front was incredibly rude. No pleasant greeting, rolled her eyes and shook her head when ordering, and wasn’t incredibly helpful. Sadly, every time my family and friends have encountered her it’s been the same thing. The owner and other staff is so kind + genuine I’m just continually surprised by this. Hate to leave any negativity on this place but wow! Bread still was delicious
I'm sad to have to give a 3. Because truthfully it's a 10, EXCEPT today. I came in for lunch the blonde lady definitely have an attitude/ tone immediately. I was distracted because they had samples of the cheddar jalapeño bread to tasteexcellent by the way She seemed bothered I wasn't aware of the ordering process. When I brought my slip up she looked at me continued pricing & stocking bread. The cookI assume looked at me twice & her, still nothing the 3rd time he graciously said he'd start it THEEENNN she came over to get order. This is where I'm not sure how to state, partially my fault but still think she was being rude. She brought a bag to me to which I assumed was my order & left. NO just my cinnamon roll. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got to work to eat & no sandwich. Sooooo turn around go back to get sandwich suddenly she's pleasant snodly said I wondered where you went. Still love GHB Co. Just not that particular employee.
This is literally the best place for everything. The food, customer service, and owner is amazing. Eating here will be the best decision you’ll make.
This place is just amazing. My son just recently grew out of his gluten intolerance. I was so excited for him to try a cinnamon roll from here. I came in and they were sold out. Scott heard me tell the employee that my son is 14 and has never been able to eat gluten before. He came out to my car to give me 2 cookies to give him to try. We went back in this morning and he finally got a cinnamon roll. He said it was the best thing! The kindness this business shows is something you don’t see very often. Thank you so much Great Harvest!

Thank you so much Scott for your kindness today. Everything is delicious in Great Harvest. Especially, the sandwich. The person who made my sandwich is a true artist. The sandwich was beautiful to look at and delicious to eat.
I always see how much the owner does for the community and so I stopped in today to try it for the first time and it was so good! It smells amazing and the workers were all very nice! I got the flatbread pizza and for only $6 it was amazing! They were all out of their cinnamon rolls but if they are anything like the pizza I understand why! I will definitely be back!!
Love this place. Scott and all his employees are the best! Courteous, polite, helpful. I can't say enough good things about this company. They do a lot of good for communities, fundraising, donations etc.
