Tim Hortons

I made a $30 purchase, through the Tim Hortons app. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! I called IMMEDIATELY, and the following day as well. I was told that it was being handled, I would be contacted by someone, and I would receive my refund. No one EVER contacted me, and I never received my refund!! It’s been a week now!! I want my money back!

Did not make my coffee the way I ordered it not happy 35 minutes in drive thru not cool tim Hortons

Really bad costumer service. Snotty and rude.

Ordered a frozen hot chocolate and this is what I received it taste like chocolate milk that was hardly stirred. Literally taste like I’m drinking syrup right out of the bottle. It was not frozen at all either

Cold and uncooked. The biscuit was not cooked!! Looked like I bit into a mozzarella cheese stick....
