Awful Today I went into great clips to get a quick blow dry. I have short hair just above my shoulders. I did not require a wash as i washed my hair this morning. The stylist were very personable. But my overall experience was awful. They charged me $45 for a 10 min blow dry! No wash, no style. Just a blow dry. Great clips is not a fancy hair salon so i was a bit shocked at the price and very very unhappy with the result. There was nothing to it. No volume nothing. Very upsetting and will never go back again. I went home to just re blow dry it myself. Waste of money and time.

It depends on who's working on the day and what their experience is. I received very poor customer service from Tasneem and Emil. Both had poor English speaking skills and were worried about their cash register. She took forever to check me in and pushed my appointment by 30 minutes. I prefer the location at Steels and Sheppard.

Pleasant experience at Great Clips boxgrove..I am a regular customer and I am consistently getting very nice hair cuts from the different stylists there. They are very professional and their dedication to customer satisfaction is impressive.
