Our vision was designed out of a desire for a gathering place; a place of good company, quality coffee, fresh bread and pastries, delicious food, and creative minds. "Gratia" means thankfulness and grace, a mandate to a way of life and the environment we aim to bring. We're influenced by providing Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows with healthy and quality products and a relaxing and comfortable setting.

This is a wonderful cafe. I fell in love with the place the moment I saw their assortment of baked goods when I entered the establishment. The cafe was very busy when I came on a Tuesday afternoon, yet I still found a table for myself. I only came in for a drink and a snack, however, that was enough to make up my mind.nnI ordered the Spanish Latte with the Pumpkin Spiced Cream Muffin and the Cappuccino Cream Puff. The latte was potent with that espresso flavour while having that nice balance of earthy and creamy piquancy in the drink. The muffin was fresh and full of flavour, thanks to the pumpkin cream filling and the toppings. The Cappuccino Cream Puff was spectacular; everything about it was tasty from the powdered sugar on top to the light cream-filling.nnThe aesthetic has a modern yet traditional design to its countenance with its spacious studio structure and brick wall to the antiquated decor and antiques. The service was quite good and have no complaints against.nnI hope the next time I come to Gratia, it will be for a full lunch, so I could try their sandwiches or brunch choices.
What a great cafe experience! Our lovely barista I am so sorry we didn’t grab your name wrote a sweet note on the coffee and helped us package our tarts in soup bowls which survived all the way to golden ears summit. Highly recommend.
It's a great place to gather and chat with friends. The deli and pastry taste fantastic, even though the Americano is plain. It will be nice to have a clear sign indicating that the benedict breakfast is only served till 2pm.nnThe cafe relies on the customer to return their plates and keep the table clean, so the entire place has room to improve its cleanliness, with many bread crumbs on the floor; the washroom needs the most attention. Keys to the bathroom hung on the wall. The decor is dated and some covers have torn off. Be careful for the small patron.
I went with my friend. We shared a sandwich. Each had a dessert. I had the cappuccino cream puff. My friend had the strawberry tart. No complaints.
What a lovely cafe! I came here on a Tuesday morning for a matcha latte and breakfast. The batistas were very friendly and we chatted a bit about the latte. I ordered a blueberry almond scone and it was delicious.nThey had a good selection of baked goods for breakfast, tea time and after a meal. Lots to chose from. The open kitchen concept is fun, I can smell the bread bake.nThere was a good amount of seating and dedicated parking behind the cafe.nnI appreciate the service, I will totally go back.
