Our vision was designed out of a desire for a gathering place; a place of good company, quality coffee, fresh bread and pastries, delicious food, and creative minds. "Gratia" means thankfulness and grace, a mandate to a way of life and the environment we aim to bring. We're influenced by providing Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows with healthy and quality products and a relaxing and comfortable setting.

Pistachio croissant was GOAT it was the best breaky ever coffee and sandwich was also very tasty I will definitely comeback here to try again! you gotta try their croissant for real
This bakery has very nice interior with well organized area to sit. We order croissants and eggs Benedict with ham and bacon, and couple of lattes. Everything went smoothly with our order but my opinion is that nothing was fresh except coffee. With that price range in Maple Ridge we were very disappointed maybe it was a bad timing 11:00am so we will come back and give this place another chance…
This place Never disappointed me. Great food and baked goodies. Awesome Atmosphere. Amazing customer service. Love this cafe. Highly recommended!
I have passed by this place for years driving through maple ridge and noticed it today, decided to stop and give it a try and I’m glad I did! Food and baked goods are very fresh, coffee was very good as well! The smoked Salmon sandwich is very good and would definitely recommend it!
