Great food. I got the jalapeno peppers appetizer. They have cachew cheese and vegan pulled pork. Also I had the BBQ pulled pork burger and soup. Everything was excellent. The price was a bit high. The food is worth it. However I think there could have been either larger portions for the price or lower prices for what they served. The atmosphere is so clean and relaxing. They have cool music playing. An excellent vegan restaurant.

Love the atmosphere in Grasshopper. It is a go-to spot for locals particularly as well. The food is amazing and you cannot tell the difference between the Chick-Un and real chicken, they do such a good job with their food! Loved everything I ordered Hazelnut Brownie, Tiramisu, Japanese Curry Fries, and the Chick-Un Nuggets. Service was fast and the individuals working were super friendly. Will definitely come back.

My sister and I tried this place for the first time today. Everything we ordered pleasantly surprised our taste buds and perception of vegetarian restaurants. The servers were so friendly and polite. We had the Wahn Burger juicy portebello mushroom with fresh vegetables, Chick-un Nuggets felt like real chicken and went excellently with the peanut sauce, Japanese Curry Bowl nice kick to it with whole grain rice and tender vegetables, and the Quinoa Mac and Cheese with Pulled "Pork" not as cheesy as I would have liked but still creamy and full of flavour. For dessert we had the Vegan Cheese Cake tasted just like regular cheese cake but it didn't feel as heavy when we finished it, and the Tiramisu one of the best tiramisu I've ever had!! So creamy, moist and melted in my mouth. This place was hands down, by far, better than PLANTA, in terms of taste and flavour. Definitely going to be a regular here!

Great vegan brunch place. I'd definitely come visit again. Only downside was no A/C on the very hot day we were there. I tried the Better Benny and mom tried the Okonomiyaki. Both were delicious.

Great vegan food options. We had the tofu scramble wrap and chia seed pancakes, both of which were absolutely delicious.

This year for our wedding anniversary we decided to do a vegan food tour if Toronto. Grasshopper was by far some of the best food we had during our visit. Absolutely amazing and worth a visit!

Had a week long trip in Toronto and tried all the vegan restaurant and I must say this was my favourite! The flavours were excellent and the food didn't leave you feeling heavy. I will definitely go again and recommend to everyone.

Way better than Planta. Went for the first time along with my sister, and both of us were absolutely blown away. The food us incredibly delicious, generous portuon sizes, and very reasonable prices. The place is clean, not as spacious but the turnover rate was high so there was always a spot available for the constant people coming in. We had the Japanses curry, Mac n Cheese with pulled pork, the Wahn Burger, Chick-un nuggets, Kombucha Love flavoured, tiramisu, and vegan cheesecake. Everything was very good, but my favourite would have to be the Wahn Burger and Chick-un nuggets, and both the desserts. The burger was juicy, flavourful, and had a good balance and the sesame fries that came with it was good too!. The chick-un nuggets were like real chicken! We could not tell that it was fake meat; it was just like the stringy chicken breast parts, but was juicier than the real versions which is awesome. We had the leftovers packed for take out of course, and we wete both extremely satisfied. The servers were extremely friendly and caring as well. Our chick-un nuggets came out quite late and I guess they could tell we wete getting a bit uneasy. So they offered to take it off our bill and put it on the house when they brought it out. I would 200% go back there. I will be taking my friends to show them some REAL good vegan options, and I definitely see myself going here regularly.

Great little spot, amazing vegetarian fare. I had the Fall Bowl and the birthday boy had the Breakfast Bowl, both dishes were huge and delicious, so full of healthy, fresh goodness. We will definitely be back!!

Omg service food and setting was AMAZING. My new favorite vegan eat out. I highly recommend if you are looking for a very flavorful freshly prepared plate. The food put me a great mood. Definitely going again and again
