I'm so glad I finally tried this amazing spot for gluten free and vegan treats and meals. Literally everything they make is delicious! Salads and bagels are hearty, fresh and flavourful. All the baked goods and desserts are such a delight: love the brownie, cheesecake, scones, banana/hummingbird loafs. It's hard not to stop in at least once a week because there's always new creations too.
From the moment you walk in, you'll feel warmer and at ease. The space is gorgeously decorated, the food is scrumptious and free of the majority of allergens. A thoughtfully crafted menu that brings the taste of comfort, and manages to avoid gluten, with options to also steer clear of dairy, soy, and nuts. Delightful service, welcoming vibe, absolute gem of a spot!
Great little spot for a coffee, breakfast, dessert or a snack. We went in the morning for bagels and latte's and it was all pretty delicious. They do not have soy milk, but have an oatmilk and a few other dairy alternatives almond and coconut, and something else, I'm not usually a fan of oatmilk, but this one was actually good! We had one of each of their bagels - one with a chickpea salad kind of thing, and another with a smokey coconut, lettuce, tomato and avocado kind of thing. Very nice! They also have smoothies, puddings, oatmeal and a few zerowaste lunch/food container retail options. Super cute space, great music, nice ambiance, wifi, lots of outlets. Will be back! Always happy to see more vegan/plant based-friendly options in the Junction.
Beautiful spot with great music and the warmest vibe. All of the food is so nourishing and flavourful. I've eaten here a few times and have been super impressed with everything I've tried. You leave feeling full and satisfied but not weighed down at all. The 49th Parallel coffee is also AMAZING. Try the oat milk flat white!
Rawlioness, located in the Junction Neighbourhood, is an absolute gem serving delicious food, amazing smoothies and beautiful desserts. Raw, gluten-free, vegan and with no refined sugars, like wow! They do everything right in trying to be an environmentally conscious business by providing single use items like straws made with rice, bamboo cutlery, etc. Special occasion menus Valentines, Thanksgiving are not to be missed! BIG YUM! The staff are lovely. The owner is a goddess.
The Rawlioness is my favourite bakery in the city. Harriet and her team are so friendly and welcoming every time I go in. There is not one thing that I have had from there that isn’t absolutely delicious! All the treats are vegan, gf and are healthy alternatives to traditional desserts. They also look beautiful and some even have edible flowers:. The shop also includes natural bath salts, beauty products, micro green growing kits and so much more!
You don't want to miss out on this gem of a business. Harriet and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. You can tell she puts a lot of care and hard work into her products and atmosphere of the shop. Everything here is vegan/gluten-free which is perfect for someone like me with dietary restrictions, not to mention the baked goods and treats are all so colourful and gorgeous. Everyone should support this special addition to the Junction!
The Junction's hidden gem. Some of the best gluten-free treats I ever tried in my gluten-free life of over 10 years are found here. The earlier in the day you come by, the higher your chances of getting some of the rotating culinary masterpieces to treat your taste buds. Attention to detail and service are incredible here. Highly recommend.
I've been following them on Instagram for awhile and their stuff looks amazing, finally went in last week. I'm not vegan, nor gluten free, and to be honest I wasn't expecting their stuff to be that good since everything in there is both vegan and gluten free. Boy was I wrong, it was even better than it looks. I had no idea you can make a delicious cheesecake without cream cheese. The Unicorn cheesecake is a must try, I'm going back this week to get another . Also loved the mango cheesecake. Trust me , you will not be thinking that its vegan and gluten free when you take a bite of their great treats. and as a bonus all the staff I encountered were absolutely delightful
Exceptional raw vegan desserts! They are beautiful, fresh and tasty. We got the blueberry pineapple cheesecake, and the strawberry matcha cheesecake. The first was delicious, the second was recommend by the staff- and it was mindblowing good. Will definitely return for more!
