Great park, lots of dogs, tennis, chill people
I mean... its a park. With tennis courts... and there are some cute dogs around.... and an decent sized field to do a myriad of activities in... oh and some trees.
Wet and muddy, but am open space in a sea of buildings.
Nice park with a grass field, tennis courts x4, public washroom, and street parking. Playground across the street and more grass fields beside it.

Playground has 0 drainage. Benches are placed a level above open field with some being blocked by trees. Stair access only from burrard unless ok with using alley with used car ports.
Great place to physically distance. Washroom on site as well.
