A while back I broke my ankle and tore ligaments while playing soccer. I was fortunate to find Dr. Grant Sun. He is a fabulous Dr. He was prompt in coming in, He answered all my questions, And he always put my mind at ease. The surgery was great, I had minimal pain, and I was right back playing competitive soccer within 4 to 5 months.
Dr. Sun was very thorough in explaining the tendon surgery, recovery time and therapy necessary for full recovery. Very confident in the upcoming surgery and achieving positive results!
Dr Sun understood my love for skateboarding and helped me decide whether surgery for my foot fracture was the best way to go. His team and him were amazing and this surgery had minor pain compared to a another I had. Feeling confident once I’m healed up, and also the wait times for him are like nothing, they’re super on it.
I have had good experiences with the walk-in clinic, Tom in Physical Therapy and Dr. Sun. It took a bit to get all the info I needed, but I feel like I'm on the right track to healing now. Everyone has been kind and helpful and personable. And I have talked to MANY people who have only good things to say about TOSH.
Maybe Dr. Sun would be okay if you’re a young patient and headed to surgery.? He’s lousy if you are neither. He’s ageist and insensitive. A jolly fist bump substitutes for listening, getting to know your patient, and proactively creating a recovery plan. I’m an active 61 year with an ankle injury and when I asked what I needed to do to get back to the things I love to do golf, hiking, tennis he basically told me to adjust my expectations and take it easy on the tennis court. He offered no short, medium or long term treatment strategy. Isn’t 60 the new 40? Someone should tell Dr. Sun. I’ll never go to TOSH or Dr. Sun again.
I’m very pleased with the care I’ve received from Dr. Sun for my ankle injury. He’s incredibly thorough and I wish I’d gone right to him rather than seeking out care elsewhere first.
I had 8 follow up this place. Dr Grant Sun help so much with my broken uncle. All team in the clinic was enough dedicated and professional.
Dr Sun is so compassionate. He tooks the time to explain my surgery to make me feel better.
Excellent attention to detail and continuity from appointment to appointment. All my medical needs were met and I highly endorse Dr Sun, his staff, and TOSH as a whole.
Dr. Sun performed my 2nd surgery and was very attentive when I asked questions. He was professional and did a fantastic job
