Fong Raymond, MD

Very hard to find a family doctor let alone an excellent one. Feel extremely lucky to have him as my doctor. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and listens. Feel at ease when having to make a consultation. Would highly recommend him however he is not accepting new patients. His receptionist is very busy so I make my phone calls short and to the point in a friendly manner and I have found out she has an excellent memory

I usually call to make an appointment for my family. Dr Fong is a nice doctor but the receptionist is very rude, she's always angry and yelling for no reason. She needs to calm down.

Dr. Fong is a nice doctor but the receptionist's attitude is rude. She is not a polite woman. I miss Mrs. Fong who acted as a kind & polite receptionist in the past. Her soft voice, sweet smiling to me are always in my mind.

i love the receptionist shes the older one. always so nice to me and my family. some people here probably think that shes yelling on the phone but its because you dont understand that a lot of the patients are elderly and can not physically hear her. its not like shes being mean. Without dr fong and her there will be a lot of seniors who dont speak english including my own parents, they would not know how to explain there sickness to nobody else.

Worst receptionist ever, dehumanizing, talks likes she's yelling all the time. I would understand if she talked to me like a normal human being. Doctor is nice though

The receptionist is VERY rude, she seems like she's always yelling at people and a few times, she has hung up on me. Dr. Fong himself is great.

Dr Fong is great. The reception is horrible , rude, combative, condescending. Why does he keep her around.

Receptionist is the worst human being I've ever met. I'd give a -5 if I could.
