Needed receipts for two cab rides on Boxing Day and their dispatcher was rude and threatened me (Amanda). A russian sounding immigrant calling himself (get this) Bill the owner promised to deliver them to us and never showed up. Called back and dispatcher refused to listen and hung up.. Dont use this taxi. Forget them. Will be suing them for their refusals

Thank you so much for making my friend have a huge Panic attack on Saturday morning, she called several times for a ride and originally was told 30 minutes, after 45 minutes she called back and was told 10-15 minutes then she called back 25 minutes and was told it could be another 30-45 minutes because of the plows on the highway. We called another place and they were there within 15 minutes and the roads were clear. Thank you for making her almost go to the Hospital because it triggered an asthma attack has well. If this was an issue from the very beginning it should have been told to her at the first call.

Absolutely a waste of time calling this company. Wait time is catostrophic, you are almost better off walking. The dispatch is disgustingly rude, there was almost a semblance of some form of greeting when phone was answered... BAD BUSINESS all around. The only reason I give this the one star it doesn't deserve is due to lack of any other worse rating.

In all honesty the worst experience. Called them an hour early to request a cab at 6:45pm. We had a train to catch at 7:45pm. Called them at 6:51pm. They indicated that they were two minutes away. I called four additional times and until 7:15; hence we had waited outside with bags and child seats for thirty minutes. On my last call the dispatcher simply indicated that the driver got lost. No honesty or integrity. At 7:20 I requested Uber which got us to the train station at 7:44. Cab / taxi dispatched companies are over for my family.
