The male dispatch was extremely rude hung up the phone on us 3 times, I would not recommend using this taxi company. Some drivers are ok, but most are very unpleasant to be in a vehicle with.

used them for several years. -they lost my business through a rude dispatcher who told me "not to tell him his job" when I told him he should let customers know if cabs are delayed.
