I’ve been going to Jen every year for my brow touch up and she has been nothing but amazingly consistent every time I see her. Jen knows men’s brows to the T and even though I’m the most indecisive and anxious client ever, she is so compassionate and patient that I admire her as a person and look forward seeing her every year. I wish she’s my best kept secret so I stand out with my brows but it would be a disservice to not sing her praises every chance I get. The studio is cozy and conversations are fun, comfortable and lighthearted. Congrats to your tattoo career and for putting up with me every time!

I got my brows done by Nancy in August and have received many compliments on them especially on how natural they look! Nancy did such an amazing job and she always puts in her best effort to make her clients happy! She is also very patient and makes sure you feel comfortable during the entire process. I absolutely love my brows now and can't wait to go back for my touch up. If you have been thinking about microblading for a while I definitely recommend Nancy, she's the absolute sweetest and the best! She brought out the brows i never thought I could have, her work is truly amazing! Thank you for giving me perfect brows : . The overall studio is also very clean and super welcoming, would recommend!

Great experience with Jen at Grand Arc for natural looking men's eyebrows! Jen is super friendly, makes you feel comfortable, and takes the time to shape and create fuller, but natural looking microbladed brows. My eyebrows are naturally asymmetrical, and Jen took the time to balance the shapes out, and picked a colour to match my natural brow hair. Arranging a touch up appointment was easy, and also a great experience! I love my new eyebrows, and definitely recommend Jen to anyone looking for natural microbladed eyebrows.Services:&nbsp;Microblading

I engaged Miki, a tattoo artist at this studio to draw me two designs and provided a few examples of what I was looking for, with the understanding that she would provide a draft design and I would have an opportunity to provide feedback prior to the designs being finalized for tattoos that would be etched on me forever. This was apparently not a reasonable request - Miki happily took a $100 deposit, provided an unusable draft design and refused to do any more work from there.  Could she ask for more information to confirm which example I liked best before she drafted the design? No... Could she provide me with exactly what I asked for with the 2nd design? No... She had to add her own weird flair. Could she refund me as she did not deliver any value and refused to provide the service contracted? No...  Lesson learnt! Went with a reputable studio vs. this Instagram scam - Hope this helps anyone else she targets through that channel!

I am a regular customer with Nancy!!!! I came to her one year ago with a terrible permanent makeup work from a different artist! I was really stressed and I hated my eyebrows but Nancy took her time to explain me everything I needed to know! So I booked with her and I am really happy that I did! She did a wonderful job not only by making my dream of having a thick very natural looking eyebrows come true but also by helping me cover and fix the previous work done in my eyebrows!!! And since then I am in love with my new look! I totally stopped wearing makeup for my eyebrows and I keep in getting tons of compliments from everyone around me ladies and gentlemen about how perfect and beautiful my eyebrows looks!!! Now it is over a year and I am back again to see Nancy for the yearly touch ups and here we go again I am very happy with the results and I am definitely sure that I cannot find any better permanent make artist in Vancouver! If you are perfectionist and you want your eyebrows done professional with all organic products so all you need is to book with Grandarc!!! Highly recommend!

Nancy is incredible! She was more than happy to accommodate me with my appointment time due to a hectic schedule. She is so knowledgeable and honest and a wonderful person to spend your appointment with. She was very thorough and did such an incredible job! I did a lot of research before choosing where I wanted to get my brows done and who I wanted to do them, and I'm SO happy I went with Nancy. I'd definitely recommend getting your brows done with her! I love mine!!

I LOVE MY BROWS! As person who's pretty indecisive, I didn't really know how I wanted my brows to be shaped. Thankfully, Nancy was able to work with me and figure out a shape that complements my facial features. The end results were amazing and I'm so so happy I came to her. I had my brows done previously by another artist and I left feeling not happy. I won't be going back to any other artist. Nancy makes you feel comfortable from the getgo and makes you feel at ease with her professional knowledge about her job. By her knowledge it's evident she's passionate of her job!
