Gram Cafe and Pancakes

Very cozy cafe with a cute interior and styling. There's a comfortable amount of natural light shining in through the large windows. The interior is very clean with a consistent green and white colour scheme. All the staff are very friendly and were wonderful to talk to. Service was fast and very good. The food was amazing. The pancakes came in many flavours and were incredibly soft and fluffy. The kind that will jiggle if you move the plate. All their dishes and flavour combinations also went great together. I really enjoyed the Chili Beans set in particular. Thanks to our amazing waitress Katherine!

Cute interior - there are string lights, and some artificial greenery, so you sort of feel like you're in a forest. There are some booths and small tables as well. Premium Pancake $16: The classic fluffy pancake, served with fresh whipped cream and syrup on the side. The pancake texture itself is very airy & fluffy, and has a very strong egg flavour. I definitely recommend spreading a good layer of butter on each of the 3 pancakes for the full flavour experience. Mixed Fruit Chocolate Pancake $16: Served with some assorted fruits, and a chocolate sauce. I personally liked the original premium pancake more, as the fruit/chocolate sauce was a bit more distracting. Still good overall though! Mango Green Tea $5+: It has a pretty strong tea flavour, and the mango flavour was good too. I added coconut jelly as they were out of pearls. London Fog $5+: This was pretty sweet for me personally, and didn’t have a strong tea flavour. I’d recommend the Mango Green tea more.

Finally Open! We’ve been looking forward to checking out this place ever since we saw the signage over half a year ago. The good: Taste 4/5 and extra points for a really cool interior 5/5. Took off a few points because i wasn’t a fan of the cold chunk of butter that sat on every pancake. Either the pancake should be hotter or the butter shouldn’t be so cold. The not so good: Be prepared to wait 25minutes to get the signature / fluffy pancakes. They didn’t warn us when we ordered and only one of us got the food within 7 minutes and the other person would just wait and wait and wait… The place feels a bit understaffed as you could not locate a waiter/waitress sometimes. We asked for no sugar in the milk tea, but it showed up sweetened. Tips for others: maybe order enough dishes that come out quick so everyone can eat at the same time or everyone should order the slow dish. Or the staff should ask whether you want the food to come out together. Given the convenient location we will be back again later this year!

A cute spot in Brentwood! The cafe itself is spacious and aesthetic with a good amount of seating. Service is quite slow so you need to flag down the servers if you want to order or get more water. Food itself was quite tasty - the pancakes were super fluffy! I liked the texture and it wasn’t too sweet. The butter didn’t really melt but I liked the whipped cream on the side. The French toast was also very good with a serving of vanilla ice cream in the middle. I also liked the little serving of syrup!

So excited to see that they have opened a new location at Brentwood! The Premium Pancake is their signature and must-try item. It was super fluffy and delicious! Love the decorations and the relaxing atmosphere there! Will definitely return soon!

The Soufflé was worth the wait. It took an hour though to get our pancakes. However, we understood the process of how it was made. Since my friend and I had a lot of catching up, we soaked in the aesthetic of the place and ordered Cappuccino while waiting for our main dish. The froth and art was perfectly executed The only downside was the concentration of the milk tea, it was mostly watery and the pearls were not tender enough. The servers were kind and patient as well. A must recommend for brunch.

Came with friends and it was such a cute place to eat food and hang out. We all got the premium pancakes and we also tried out some of their milk tea drinks. So yummy! Their decor is so cute and the plushies of the premium panicked are even cuter. I would definitely recommend this place for you to come with your girlfriends and just enjoy the atmosphere. The manager was also super nice so make sure to say hi to him :

The service is good. The pancakes are deliciously soft and not too sweet. I'm more a savory person and I came here for brunch. As a vegetarian there were no savory options for me. So basically we ordered sweet things. The regular pancakes are just normal. But the fluffy ones are pretty good. The French toast was a bit on the soggy end because they were so many things on top of it like whipped cream, bananas, syrup. Overall I enjoyed the experience! The pancakes are $16 for a platter, so it's not cheap. However the fluffy pancakes are very unique, make sure you order ahead of time as it takes about 30 minutes to make.

The fluffy pancakes were nothing special. I’d stick to the regular ones and save some money. However I really enjoyed the French toast! It was yummy but the portion was small. The sides that came with my pancakes were so delicious and seasoned very nicely!

I won an instagram giveaway for free premium pancakes + special drink at Gram Cafe & Pancakes, and so myself and my boyfriend came here a few days ago to enjoy those. and wow!! I was NOT disappointed. The pancakes literally were like I was eating clouds and were the perfect portion size! and the milk tea was so delicious. My boyfriend ended up ordering the chocolate and fruit pancakes for himself, upgraded to fluffy pancakes, and he enjoyed his as well. The aesthetics are so pretty and the server was so nice!! We had an awesome time and really didn't have to wait long for the pancakes at all. Also, I'm not writing all of this because I won a giveaway; I'd genuinely come here again! The only thing is that the prices are a little on the expensive side so eating here is very much a once-in-awhile thing :D Thanks Gram Cafe & Pancakes for the amazing experience :
