We are an artisan bakery located in Waterloo, Ontario. Our bakery started in 1989 and has its roots in the European art of baking. We are focusing on crafting good tasting breads without all the added junk, you find unfortunately in a lot of commercial bread. We offer a variety of breads with alternative grains; we also have a division called Circle of Life fully dedicated to wheat free and gluten free baking.
