Worst customer service ever. Only gave it 1 star as that was the only way to post a review. Phoned them Jan 3 to order an item. Called again and they finally told me Feb 1 they would order it. Called them again March 31, item not in. They called back and said they would pull one from a package in the store, so I should come in. Drove over (40 minutes each way) on April 1 and was told by the clerk in the shop that she couldn't sell me the item without the owners consent, and she had not heard back from her when she texted her. She said she was aware of my order, & even though I had driven so far and waited 3 months, she refused to sell me the item. She may as well have called me a liar. I expected to hear from the owner manager, but have heard nothing. They obviously don't care about their customers time so my advice is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS SHOP. ________________________________________________________________________ Kathryn contacted me after this review was posted , and sent me the part no charge (probably a $5 item + the postage cost). While I appreciated someone finally addressing the issue, it should not take 4 phone calls, and 1 store visit, and then a google posting to finally get some results. Just say you do not do custom orders, and then everyone can move on. Kathryn asked me to remove this review, but I think the best I can do is add this additional comment, and I did change it to 2 star instead. Customer service is one of the few things that can keep retail alive these days, that is one area where retailers can out perform on line stores

I have recently purchased a few products from Gourmet Kitchens and I was very impressed with both the customer service and the quality of the products. I had visited a few stores prior to entering Gourmet Kitchens and it was their professionalism and extensive knowledge of the products that made me feel confident about my purchases. I highly recommend this store and I guarantee that I will be back again soon!

Great selection of cooking tools and gadgets, plus lots of premium kitchen brands. Super friendly service and if you are looking for something special or hard to find they order it for you. Highly recommend.

Love this store! Great products and helpful staff. The t-towels from France are beautiful, and the selection of high quality products is amazing for such a charming little store! Highly recommended!!
