Got Knots Massage Therapy

Anita was amazing! Not only do I feel like a wet noodle, floating into Christmas filled with bliss and a lack of pain, but I'm pretty sure I'm about to have the best nap of my life. It was an hour filled with pleasant conversation my choice that distracted me just enough for her to let all my knots out. I limped in, and coasted out. Thank you Anita!

Danielle did an amazing job, I came out feeling super loose and not at all in any pain. So relaxing and extremely friendly service. As a new mom that BFs, my neck and back were in such a twist, and she helped me out so much. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. 10/10 service. Also love that there is a once upon a child right next door as well lol.

I have been going to Nadine for years. She is very knowledgeable and fantastic at what she does. I always look forward to my next massage. All of the therapists are lovely. I also appreciate the cleanliness, ease of location and ample parking.

Once Covid hit, it created the situation of needing to work from my home office daily. I moved much less, and I don’t have access to my stand up desk at work. I’ve experienced really sore shoulders and a stiff neck that eventually became completely out of alignment. I was in a great deal of pain. I had been trying to ignore it, until eventually I couldn’t take the pain any more. I looked online, and found Got Knots. I have to admit, the first thing that caught my attention, was I love the company’s name. It made me stop, and read their advertisement and what services they offer. I read about the Trigger Point Therapy massage that their massage therapist Nadine Munro offers. I phoned, and happened to hit a day that someone had just cancelled. All I can say is WOW! This was the most therapeutic type of massage and some how it felt like she put my neck back into alignment, although I don’t think that’s part of the service. All I know is I walked in there, in complete pain and hardly able to get in and out of my car. I left there with a limber neck, relaxed shoulders and a functional upper body. I will be booking regular sessions, now that I have found someone who can restore so much balance back to my body, in 1 session! Thank you Nadine!

You always read the reviews, and of course they put the glowing reviews on their website... But this place is legit. Delmy got to know me before we went in and did exactly what I asked for and more. She knew because I'm a teacher exactly where I would hold my stress and boy did she beat me up in a good way!. Best massage I've had, and I even came away with life lessons - use the air fryer for bacon. Will definitely be going back!

Karen thanks so much for the excellent massage... usually I'm in pain the next day but I'm very comfortable today. You were able to find my point of pain and using pressure points you were able to release my pain.Thx for exercise info it really helps.

The BEST massage therapists ever!!! Don't bother going anywhere else. The owner is very experienced, the location is professional and clean, and all the girls are great. My go-tos are Nadine and Danielle.

I had Danielle as a therapist and was extremely thankful of her skills. I’ve got a wrecked back and not all therapist are equal, she was great.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. I have seen most all therapists and they are all great.
