Great range of products. Unfortunately this gets eclipsed by terrible customer service. On another note, transferring a super 8 film to a DVD takes SIX WEEKS! Exactly. Crappy attitude of staff that screams "I'd rather be somewhere else" does not help. Go elsewhete unless it is a highly specific thing you are looking for (unavailable elsewhere) - in which case you may be forced to endure the ultra-slow and lousy customer experience.

very helpful and very knowledgeable. The first man i spoke to did not know English very well and another employee jumped in to help. The man with the beard- his name has slipped in my mind- helped me find the right lens for me. The transaction was fast and i would definately shop here again.

Nice selection of products. Maybe the best photography store in Quebec City. You can rent photography equipment for a fair price.
