First of all that store is crappy no organization no prices on clothes. My one year-old picked up a little jeep, but the size 4 x 4 size got to the register she was playing with. It had no price tag on it so they wouldn’t sell it to me a one year-old which the toy probably was maybe a dollar because it was donated. I would’ve paid $20 for it, but they wouldn’t let me buy it so I didn’t buy anything won’t go there again.

Clean and liked how organized. Friendly and courteous staff. This sits on a hill by the main route into Medina from Rt. 71. Entrance goes uphill close to a traffic light. All prices are clearly seen. The shopping carts roll easy in use. Cash or charge cards are accepted. Handicap parking and entrance. Clean restroom and all is on level ground. They have bags for your purchases.

I visited your location on Monday while running an errand in Media. I live about 40 minutes away and love exploring local thrift stores whenever I’m in a new area. The store itself was great — I really liked the unique silo layout and found several wonderful items.nnHowever, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of one of the employees. I believe her name was Alex or Alice. She followed me around the store and made it very obvious that she was watching me, as if I were going to steal something. It made me extremely uncomfortable and took away from what could have been a pleasant visit.nnI’m a good Christian and always strive to do the right thing — and if I were ever to steal, it certainly wouldn’t be from a charity, especially when items like Ann Taylor dress pants are reasonably priced at $4.89.nnI truly hope this feedback reaches her and serves as a reminder that not everyone has bad intentions. There are plenty of other meaningful tasks to focus on, and I’d love for future guests to enjoy the store without feeling unfairly judged.

Probably the coolest looking Goodwill I've ever been in. And probably the best organized as well. Made a quick stop in while headed to Cleveland. Actually scored me an almost brand new pair of Under Armour sneakers and a style that's me for only $6. This might be a new stop every time while headed north.

A lot of nice stuff, but prices were way too high. They had China priced individually, whereas different locations have them bundled as a package. A lot of it was just way too expensive for what it was. It’s used and it’s resold probably one of the most expensive Goodwill. I’ve been in in a while. I think I’ll go back to my old standby
