Gongfu Bao

Got the Brisket bao and Taiwanese popcorn chicken. Delicious meal and neat packaging for takeout. The bao was a perfect mix of flavors and the popcorn chicken was the unexpected star of the meal. Would definitely visit again and try their other options.

Our dinner was devoured before I could take a photo - so delicious!! The buns were light and fluffy, and the meats were incredibly flavorful, especially the pork. The staff were friendly and quick. All in all a great experience and we look forward to treating ourselves again soon!

Their tofu bao is amazing. Before Covid we were able to sit down and the service was fast and the people were lovely. You can tell when someone genuinely likes where they work and the food they’re providing. Open kitchen. Very clean. 10/10.

I’ve eaten here twice now and can’t speak highly enough about their tofu bao. Not only is it delicious but also a very good amount of food. I’ve ordered from their window and the people working have always been super friendly.

Their bao buns are simply amazing! Definitely worth the calories! Food is just amazing, staff is really nice. Location downtown Ottawa is perfect. Definitely a restaurant to try and go back again.
