Gong Cha is definitely the beast bubble tea in Stouffville. Friendly staff and helpful with the menu. Very clean inside. The flavors are very tasty. We got the Chocolate Oreo and thr Brown Sugar Oolong Tea. WOW!!! So yummy!! Now you can get the best bubble tea in Stouffville instead of driving anywhere else. Can't wait to try other flavors. Update: the bubble waffles are so yummy!!! We tried 3 new flavors and all 3 were absolutely delicious!
I am so excited that Gong Cha opened in Stouffville! I've gotten two drinks from here thus far, and both have been accurately made and they tasted good. Gong Cha, as a franchise, makes delicious bubble tea and this location doesn't disappoint. Parking: Complimentary parking in the plaza.
Was very excited to try out the newest bubble tea store. Went with my friends on first soft launch and was not greeted at the door. Owner looked aggressive and did not say a word. Staff were friendly but very judgmental when choosing my sugar. Smoothies were good but had artificial taste. powder Ice cubes were at the bottom of my drink even though it’s a smoothie and suppose to blend but didn’t. Overall nice place but a lot to work on. Going to stick with my usual spot in town.
This is my favourite bubble tea shop in the area! They just opened and their shop is clean, sleek and modern. We tried the créme brulée milk tea and a lychee green tea and peach green tea. The best part on top of their AMAZING croffle with créme brulée on top was the great customer service. Would recommend to anyone to try out!!
My wife and I drove by this area and noticed there is a new boba store opened up. My wife was super excited to try it and so was I. Me personally not a tea guy but the Milk Foam Green Tea is amazing. My wife ordered the Classic Milk Tea with Pearl if I’m not mistaken and she absolutely loved it. Definitely stop by this store again when we are in the neighbourhood.
Was excited about trying this place and looking forward to it. But to my surprise it wasn’t what I thought it would be. -shop was empty I was the only customer at the time I walked in staff was standing around with arms crossed, no one greeted me until I had to get their attention from the register. I think owner was there and thought he would be excited to welcome people into his new establishment. - I ordered the coconut smoothie which to my surprise was made with a powder and gave it a weird grainy taste to it and very artificial. Same with the honeydew very sweet with a artificial taste to it. -They did not have quite a lot of their toppings and products available, so why open if they cannot serve from their menu. Best of luck but I will stick with the places I know in Markham.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover another bubble tea establishment in Stouffville. I have been here twice Once in November, and once today since discovery. With so many bubble tea’s it can be difficult to know which ones are to your liking or not, and whether they are consistent throughout the chain. I’ve heard of Gong Cha but never went to one until the Stouffville location opened up. On each visit we ordered some drinks and bubble waffles. The drinks tasted good with the ability to adjust the sweetness and ice level to your preference. Their tapioca has a good spring and chew to it. We also ordered some of their bubble waffles, and a “Croffle”. Both were tasty and made fresh so you can expect a bit of a wait. Kudos to the staff working there as they were super friendly on each occasion. We will definitely be coming back the next time we need a bubble tea fix. The only negative for me is the Gong Cha’s phone app / loyal rewards program. Not that easy to figure out / sign up for. But that could just be me Below is a quick explanation of my rating mechanism: 1 star: Absolutely horrible and will not come back under any circumstances 2 stars: Way below my initial expectation with very few highlights. Will only come back to if a friend strongly insists. 3 stars: Average with some turn-offs. Might give it a second chance to test more dishes/services/items out. 4 stars: Meets expectation with a couple highlights. Will come back. 5 stars: Exceeds my expectation by various aspects. Will come back quite often for food if applicable and also recommend the place to my friends.
We ordered 4 drinks at 3:33 pm and they didn’t start making it until 11mins later!! No other customers were inside nor were they working on making other drinks at the time. There was another staff in the back and 3 other customers who randomly walked in after we’ve placed our orders. I don’t know why they decided to wait to start making our order after taking everyone’s order. Oh and the customer who came in after us got their drink first. I’ve been to so many bubble tea shops and this is the first time seeing this type of customer service. It is now 3:52 and still waiting. Won’t be coming back to this location!!!!
Clean interior, super friendly and fast service! I had a bad experience previously with a different Gong Cha location so was hesitant to try it again. But I am happy I gave this location a chance! Very happy with my order. Will definitely be back!!
