Gomez Taco's

After a journey through downtown Chicago and stepping off the Metra train, I decided I would stop at a local joint I've known for years. When you see it from the outside, it looks small and it is. An expert can park in the parking lot and be in and out without issue but be warned - the parking lot is owned by the business across the street so park there at your own risk. Inside, there are a couple of booths that you can sit down and eat at but this is a place where you want to order food and take it home with you. On the food- I haven't been through the whole menu but the pizza is always amazing. Pictured is the size of the slices of pizza and they are worth the price.

We ordered a cheeseburger, steak tacos, and a slice of cheese pizza. EVERYTHING was a 10/10 for our family! Wonderful place, hardworking staff, and great prices.

So I payed $11 for a burrito that was way too salty, it had an extra tortilla inside to make it look like there was more meat inside. It was disgusting. I’ll never go there again.

There is no dine in food is good but here's what I had the problem with. My order cost $27 and I was charged $33 call to ask them why I was charged that much and he told me which is the owner you need to call your bank so please check your your receipt before you leave because they take tip money out without you knowing and when my bank text me and said your total was $33 that's not right I would never buy anything else from them

I like Gomez Tacos and Pizza. When my son have Sleepovers I always order a pizza from them because they have great deals. Food is decent not bad. The pizza is really filling. I usually get my order from Grub Hub so I have no issues!

I gave this a 1 star because the last time I went there, I ordered a slice of pizza and guacamole. The girl at the window who took my order touched my slice of pizza with her bare hands without washing her hands first, and this was after she took my money, touched her hair, and her clothes! Just nasty!!!!! I asked her for a different slice and to wash her hands but she wouldn't so I asked the chef to do so and complained about her but the chef didn't even care. Then when I ate my guacamole, a very long at least a foot long, thick piece of hair was in it. Instead of asking for my money back, I asked them to make a new one but the guy refused my service! Wow! So I never went back there again.

The food is always good but ....The oldie but goodie traditional things Gomez items on the plates are missed...I miss my chips salsa and sour cream on the side.... Sorry to say but it's just your average taco spot now..... The prices are up for less on your plate

Not bad but nothing to brag about. Nice employees so that helps, and I only got tostadas so can't speak for the pizza, but a decent place for quick in/out options.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes

Who feels like cooking when we may have a snow storm….I ordered my food via grub hub and my food was still warm!!! My chicken tacos dinner was delicious!! The food was well seasoned…everything was on point!!
