So far not so good experience, ordered October 14th, it's now the 20th with no email of confirmation, receipt. I check online and it doesn't say shipped or anything yet.

Knowledgeable and attentive staff. Absolute rock bottom pricing on shafts and grips, and amazing selection. Brendan has helped me get my clubs tuned and ready for going on 5 years now and I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!!!!

What amazing customer service! Ordered over 20 grips and couldn't be happier with them. A few were out of stock and I was offered a replacement promptly. Package arrived 3 days after ordering. Thank you guys!

The do not sell oem products. As they advertise online. It's says oem made by titleist but when you get the product it's not by titleist. Will never order anything from this company again.

I got items within just only one day with nice package Very excellent service. But when they ship items, I hope they Inform me tracking number by either email or text before I ask about it. I will highly recommend this place.

They delivered product to the wrong address…..when I called to try and rectify it, all that Tyler in customer service wanted to do was argue and blame me instead of coming up with a solution. Hopefully you won’t need their customer service because it’s non-existent!

Ordered a shaft for rush delivery. Multiple phone follow ups over 3 days and was told that it would "absolutely" be shipped on time. That didn't happen. Followed up on the phone to get the $30 rush charge credited back to me. Was told this would be done "right away". This did not happen. Each time there was no follow up know what was happening. Very, very poor communication. When the product did arrive it was well packaged and exactly as ordered.....so I got that goin' for me.....

I received very bad customer service, was repeatedly mistreated and disrespected. My Driver was scratched when I got it back. They did a bad job at fixing it, I asked for the touch up paint I was promised…and the employee told me it’s not possible. I inquire why but no valid reasons are provided. Then the employee tells me “what part of no don’t you understand”. Not happy with that I seek the manager. He refuses to take my name and phone number to get back to me about my complaint on the way I was treated by the employee and not being able to get the paint… ….I tell him that I will complain to his superior and he replies “ go ahead”. Lessons learned…take a picture of your equipment before bringing it to this place…and be prepared for terrible, disrespectful service if anything goes wrong.

I'd ordered solvent and grip tape off their website so I could change the grips on my club. It took 10 days for the shipment to send. It took another 5 days for the shipment to arrive, only to be delivered to the wrong address. I had called Golfworks immediately after noticing my package was delivered to the wrong address, someone told me they'd work with the shipper to track the package down. It's been 6 more days since I'd made that phone call. I've tried calling back, no answer, went to voicemail but the voicemail box is full. I've sent 2 emails, no response. it's been 3 weeks since I've placed my order, and still haven't received what I'd paid for.

Very accessible website and easy to navigate. Quick and efficient service products being received within a week and customer service is friendly. Would definitely give them my business in the future again!
