We called Golden Electronics to inquire about passport picture service. The lady on the phone said $15 each and they will take pictures for babies. When we arrived at the store, they said babies passport pictures are $30+tax instead. The service and quality is superb but we feel there is dishonesty since they hike the price at store. They only accept payment in cash or debit.

Benny was very helpful in our choice of TV. Price was the lowest among all others. Transaction was smooth and very quick. All in all a great experience.

I have purchased a lot of my electronics from this store like my TV’S, Sound bar, Tv mounts, spare parts and I’ve always got the best service and price. Great place to shop.

Great shop. Best prices. Saved over $1400 on a brand new 65" LG OLED CX. I will be coming here for any large electronics purchase in the future and definitely will refer everyone I know. Communication with Benny by e-mail and by phone was quick and easy. Shipping to downtown was also very cheap compared to every other store I checked with. Update: Came back to buy a soundbar. Again had an amazing experience. Fast and friendly service with significantly better prices than any other store.

Bought a pair Yamaha music cast 20 couples week ago and speaker began has tearing sound, called this store and got none help at all except providing Yamaha warranty company phone number and address and explain they are only Yamaha dealer but Not fixing dealer. They should respond the items sold at least in a month .though they sale some stuff at good price, for your life easier , should buy at a big box store. Not recommend this store.

I'm buying in this store for the past 13 years, bought TV's, Stereo systems and was very loyal client who referred friends to them. for the 1st time i needed help with their customer service, since our one year old OLED LG TV that we purchased there got a burned pixel, and we couldn't find the receipt. They asked me to come to their store in order to pay $15 in order to provide me with the copy of it, while they could easily e-mail me the copy.

The staff here were very friendly, offered to take measurements for the box to see if it would fit in my car without me even asking.Very much appreciated. The item also had the best price I've found. Recommended!

Always has the best price. No harm checking the online prices from major sites. Great family business with a human touch. I bought my new TV without regret.

Over the years, I've bought several TV's and spent thousands of dollars at this location. I've also recommended friends looking for TV's to come to this location. Today, I came to this location with the intention of buying a smaller TV in the $400-$500 range as a gift, only to be given customer service so poor, that I will no longer shop at this location or recommend it to anyone else. The owner who I've interacted with in the past, assigned a sales representative whom I've never seen before to assist me with my potential purchase. This man was extremely rude once he realized I was interested in a smaller TV. I had some alternative TV's in mind that were offered by Best Buy that I was trying to compare against what they offered. When I asked him what was better about the LG TV they offered, he said that their product was much better and left it at that. When I showed him other similar models on my phone and asked if he knew the difference, he responded by asking me how he would know. He eventually asked me why I was asking him all these questions when I could do research online myself, which surprised me since I thought it was his job to sell TV's. He then stated that if I wanted a cheaper option, just go to the other store because a few hundred dollars didn't matter. He totally missed my point and I had to explain to him that the cost wasn't a huge factor, in fact, I wanted to buy from them to save myself a trip to Best Buy, but I just wanted to compare products first before I made a decision. It became so frustrating to the point where I had to tell him a few times that if he didn't want to help me, he didn't have to and I could go to another store which he responded in silence. Eventually after spending some time on my phone doing further research, I was prepared to buy the TV from their store, but decided that the frustration I was subjected to wasn't worth further interaction with this man and I left. It was really unfortunate to have to go through this and lose this store as a potential location for future purchases. Deals found at this store used to be more significant, however you are no longer saving much money and will likely subject yourself to poor sales interactions such as the one I just had.

Came here to purchase Nikon D5600, the price was not bad. Went to Best Buy to compare prices, came back just to find out that the sales rep made an error and the final price was $100 higher. Other than that the selection of electronics and prices are quite good.
