It was very busy when we came. The waitstaff was as quick as they could be, and very friendly. Went for breakfast on a Sunday. The coffee was superb! Food good.
I ordered apple cinnamon pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Both were very delicious. Later I got some fried chicken, which was also great.Recommended dishesPancakes, Toast, Biscuits and Gravy
This was our first time at this wonderful Restaurant. The food was fabulous. Friday night fish fry was properly prepared, served hot and fast. Our server, Gavin, gave us super service and you can tell he was properly trained. I'm sure they have many good servers. We enjoyed our dinners so much that we tried some dessert. One piece of carrot cake, one baklava and one slice of apple pie. If we lived in Green Bay, we would be regulars here. When I paid my bill, I talked to the owner, I think. He was surprised that this was our first time "in his restaurant ". Well, I highly recommend this restaurant for its wonderful food, fabulous service, dedication to high standards and cleanliness. We'll be back the next time we get a chance. You should too, you won't be disappointed.
One of my top 10 meals of my LIFE!!!! Cheese curds were great first time trying them, and the turkey dinner was just incredible! Could not have been more delicious! I told my husband we’re going back tomorrow night to get the same thing. Portions were generous, price was great… wish this was near us and we could go all the time. Service was excellent too. We went to a trendier and more expensive place for lunch that was nowhere near as good. Even my decaf. Was good.
Quality/taste of food was excellent. Couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was! Owner and server were very friendly and accommodating. They made room for 10 of us right before the restaurant was closing we didn’t know ahead of time that they were closing in 30 minutes. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Green Bay! Thanks for the wonderful experience!
The service was great, had a younger teen waiter who was polite and knowledgeable about the food. The restaurant was cozy and felt like a home away from home. I ordered the shrimp alfredo that came with a good side salad and roll. The dish itself though wasn't seasoned well, tasted plain like water. I had to add quite a few shakes of salt.
They have always had phenomenal food. The customer service was above and beyond. They welcomed our larger party without question. My baby has been refusing nearly all food this week. This sweet lady came over graciously with fresh Chicken Dumpling for her while we waited for our additional people to arrive. Clearly it was enough to do the trick as she ate it all. The kindness certainly did not go unnoticed.
service itself speaks for the restaurant, it was amazing. the food is what i think is reasonably priced and the food looks amazing. if i’m ever in the green bay area again i will definitely visit!
It's been awhile since I've been here. Recently returned and it's better than I remember. Brought the wife, and we agree the food is excellent! The service is courteous professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a reflection of Gus who appears to lead a fantastic team. We will make this a more frequent stop.
Just came from there and had to send in my review. I am a Vegan and it is so hard to eat out and get a meal I enjoy. Today I saw they have the "Impossible Burger" on the menu. It was better than I have ever had before. It takes a very thoughtful Manager to have offer that. They will never know how much it means to a Vegan to get such a wonderful meal. Staff there were also very good, the cook is wonderful. Thanks millions
