The staff was very friendly and our food was served promptly. The food was delicious and portion size perfect. They check on us 4 times when were we eating to make sure all was well. They came around with extra bread sticks and my son loved that and took some. It was a very fast and convenient for us. Parking: Lot of parking right next to restaurant. Dietary restrictions: We don't eat pork or beef and they hadeasy spaghetti sauce without meat.
We were greeted by a very friendly cashier that took our order. We received our order pretty fast and were even offered shredded cheese. Every worker was friendly and courteous and they even went out of their way to box up 2 orders to go after I forgot to tell them it was to go. I was really impressed and satisfied!!!
Brought my daughter for her 17th bday to the west side Green Bay Fazolis. Food was amazing! And service from Katie, Matt, and Mary were even better! We will definitely be back.
Our sports team always loves coming here. Food choices are great and the service is excellent. Always lots of breadsticks to go around, which we all love. Looking forward to coming back in the future.
Fazoli’s had been catering for Pulaski Football for as long as I’ve been apart of the football program. It has always been a bright spot of the week once it’s a Thursday and we have team meal! Thank’s Fazoli’s for the kindness towards our team!!
I have not been to Fazoli's in about 8 years. It is still good. The spaghetti marinera and bread sticks were good!Food: 5/5
Everytime I dine in the foods really good, and very polite customer service. Drive thru was kind of a let down last 2 times tho.Food: 3/5
Food was better than normal, but it’s pretty much ran by teenagers. As soon as we walked in, 5 different people walked out of the side closet with their phones, and all started acting busy. They were swearing loudly, while other guest had their kids present. All the tables were dirty so luckily I brought my own disinfectant wipes. I don’t even know if there was a manager on duty…
I ordered the Chicken parmesan for my entree and it was not good at all, chicken was extremely soggy and the sauce had very little flavor. The best part of the meal was the breadsticks, and one of the employees was actually really nice. Overall I was not impressed, I would suggest going to Olive Garden or any other local Italian restaurant.
The have a family deal! 32.00! It feeds 7 of us. And the food is hot and ready pretty quick! If you don't wanna wait 30 -60 minutes at another Italian joint, then this is the place. And the customer service is a A+
