Good food. Generous portions. Fair prices. Quick service. Have only ever gotten take out but they do have inside dining again. Have been enjoying forever, maybe 20 years? And have never had a bad meal! Parking: Plenty of parking.
What a wonderful surprise it was to see the Old Sunny’s Chef tonight at Mayflower! Since she left the previous restaurant I’ve been looking for a new “go to” Chinese joint all over town… Nothing compared to her cooking: fresh, delicious and great quality Last night I had the House Special Fried Rice, Crab Rangoon and Almond Cookies. AMAZING! I’m so happy I found this place!
This is the third time I have ordered from there and paid over $70.00 each time. I had asked for extra soy sauce to be put into the bag because they now keep everything behind the counter. I was assured they would do this. My some went to pick up order each time and came home with 5 soy sauces for a dinner for six people. I am no longer going to this restaurant for Chinese as they have become very stingy and not very friendly at all since Covid!!!
The past few times I've eaten from Mayflower has unfortunately gotten me sick. Each time I had something with chicken in it. On March 1st I had egg drop soup and Chinese fried chicken. I woke up in the middle of the night and kept vomiting. Usually it's stomach pain and diarrhea. I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from the chicken as I have past experience from other places. For something that continually happens with the food, I can't say I will be eating there again. I know I don't have an intolerance as I've eaten the same dishes at other places and turned out fine after.
I really like the food. Fast and easy delivery. Price a little high for some of the items, but I always go back.
Ordered three different dishes and all of it was just a bunch of rice. Paid for extra meat and didn't get it. You can find better around town.
Total comfort food. Crab meat rangoons are delicious. Everytime I call and order to be delivered it's always hot and delicious. Thank you!!!
When I was living in Green Bay in 2016, this place gave me major food poisoning. I had gone several times before and really liked it, but one evening I had the chicken for dinner, and I woke up a few hours later in the middle of the night, about to call the ambulance because I thought my appendix exploded. I crawled to my bathroom in excruciating pain but was able to make it to the next day until I went to the doctor. This food was the only thing I had to eat that evening, and after several tests, the doctor told me I had food poisoning from it. Now that I'm older, I realize that food poisoning can actually kill you. I am very lucky.
Their online menu says "fried noodles" and white rice come with the Chow Mein, but it doesn't come with noodles at all. Very poor customer experience. They need to update the menu so it's accurate.
LOVE Shrimp and broccoli with fried pork rice! The shrimp itself is amazing as I love it without breading. Try the crab Rangoon’s! And today is the first time I’m trying their chicken noodle soup! The wonton soup is amazing and their delivery service is also wonderful! Great food AND great service!
