Great service. Ian does a great job of keeping you informed of costs and progress on work being done on your vehicle.
It is always a challenge to find a mechanic that talks about car repair in plain and honest language that the lay person can easily understand. The shop rate is reasonable and the quality of workmanship is very good.
Ian was very knowledgeable. His honesty and commitment to customer service is greatly appreciated. Snow Auto is the only place I will bring my car for now on. I'm glad I decided to try them.
