The nurse was very rude and inconsiderate. She makes things difficult instead of helping people. I wouldn't go there ever again because of her!

I had a blood test today at 4250 bul. Laval Degenaise Q SLSC at 1:15 p.m. It had been over 17 hours since I had eaten anything. I felt dizzy and asked nurse Véronique Tremblé for a Juice if she could give me juice. She categorically refused to give me juice. When I asked again while sitting down, she told me that it was reserved for sick people. I said that I felt sick, to the point of fainting, and she asked me where. So she was incredibly harmless to me. So I called Info-Santé to find out if my reaction after the blood test was normal and what to do. I was unable to drive home. But when I tried to call for help or health info and after the nurse Véronique came to give me juice and told me to bring my own juice next time. OK, she exclaimed, very rude. I said ok, but I don't know if I'm going to feel like that today for bringing me a juice.. She really made me feel neglected and she was completely heartless I was shocked

The worst place to show up... no empathy. Out of pure urgency, the secretary makes no exceptions.nPeople are sometimes in a bad situation; they show up and get turned away. What a healthcare system.

It's unfair to have to pay to park at a healthcare facility, especially when you're there for medical reasons.nParking fees at a hospital are an unnecessary additional burden for patients and their loved ones, who are already facing challenges.nIt's paradoxical to have to pay to park in a place dedicated to healthcare, when health is a common good: Hospital parking fees run counter to the idea that medical care should be accessible to all, at no additional cost.

Friendly staff at the swabs and super fast nurse. The reception, however, was very slow depending on who was serving the patients. After waiting about 20 minutes to be called to be registered, another employee let about 10 people through at the same time.
