So, a couple years ago, I started thinking of owning my own business. Of course it was going to be something Pastry related because duh, pastries are delicious. Anyway, I was working at BUCA at the time when I asked myself “what is my favourite pastry of all time?” Of course! A doughnut. That’s when it hit me like a tone of bricks.
