Globo Chaussures

This is a Globo boot, used for (One) day only, and i guess you can see how bad this product is. It looks like it was cracked from the top. Again, this is used for 1 time, you can see the stickers are still on the bottom of both shoes, with No scratches. (Check the photos) This is for the product quality. For the service, store and global company: I went to the store to show them what happened, they refused to take any responsibility because it passed the 60 days return policy. I told them i am looking for the warranty, they referred me to the Company. I contacted Globo through their website, unfortunately the answer was: their merchandise warranty is 90 days. They referred me back to the store manager. I went one more time to the store, and again the lady refused to acknowledge the merchandise manufacturer defect. She tried to push that this is normal wear or that it was used. I told her clearly, this was used once, this can't be normal. Very poor quality products, and failure to stand up for their merchandise. This was my first time at Globo, definitely my last!

Prices missing. Shoes all over the place or in the wrong place. Friendly staff.
